This was part of a display along the pier area of downtown Salem. I'm honestly not sure what this thing is (the horn, I mean, not the monster). I could have read the informational sign that was there next to it, but obviously I didn't, so now I must suffer in ignorance.

Road Feeps - Bat Necklace at Mount Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge, MA



And now, back to the feep bat's tour of Mount Auburn Cemetery. The place was founded in 1831, so the monuments are newer than the ones the feeps were looking at in Salem, but the ones at Mt. Auburn frequently tend toward the elaborate and ornate.

Halloween Feep-o-Lantern

It is, of course, time for the annual showing of the feep-o-lantern. This year's offering is something of a mad scientist type who just drank the transformation concoction:
