Feeping Creatures Crinkleneck Cat Demon Necklace

Who wouldn't want to wear a memento of ol' Cousin Crinkleneck? Sure, he may not have been the prettiest, but gosh darnit, he was ... well, he was the crinkliest. Etsy listing

Feeping Creatures Pink Fuzzy Baby Monster onesie

I'm at that age where all my friends are having kids, so over the last couple of years I've cranked out quite a few feep onesies. I finally managed to make a few more than I need, and have put them up in the Feeping Creatures Etsy Store.

Feep sketch from New York Comic Con 2011

This is from last October, and I am posting it now because I am just that organized, o yes! I stole the markers of a tablemate to do this one, but I think from now on it would be wise for me to keep a red marker as well as a black in my con pen bag.

Bejabalo's Commission

This drawing was a commission I did for a holiday gift. The name and concept for the monster were the invention of the couple, and the girlfriend wanted me to draw it up all fancy as a surprise present for her boyfriend. The monster is called the Bejabalo, so I'm guessing the room it's hanging in is the Bejabalo's den (or possibly restaurant and bar).

ArmadilloCon and hand update

Just checking in to let you know that ArmadilloCon is this weekend, and I'll be there with my table o' feeps.

My hand is, unfortunately, still hurt. I sprained it pretty badly, and since it's my dominant hand it's very difficult to avoid using it altogether. Sprains take an annoyingly long time to heal, so it could be a few weeks before I'm back to normal. So I figured I'd take this opportunity to post a get well card I made a few years ago.

Oddsbaldistone Pillow

Here's the second of the new feep pillows. I may tweak this design somewhat, but you get the idea.

Evil Cat Wyrm ACEO

Believe it or not, I'm slowly assembling a round of new work to list in the Etsy shop. This is a drawing I finished up recently. I'd actually done the line work quite some time ago, and then it sat on my desk for months and months, waiting to be colored. Well, now it's finished and framed and everything, and just needs to be added to the shop.

I will, of course, let you know when the new listings are live.

Glow-in-the-Dark Monster Ghost

I put a layer of glow-in-the-dark paint on this drawing. This is what it looks like with the lights off.

Treetop Monsters

I know I posted this piece before, but I don't think I ever showed you what it looked like all framed up. In the case, the frame became a part of the piece (no, I didn't paint the frame, but I thought they worked well together nonetheless).

Feep Onesie - Bean Sprout

An inordinate number of my friends had babies last year, and I did manage to make feep onesies for a few people. This one here was from a pack of "draw your own" with white onesies and fabric markers, so I drew a feep inspired by sprouting beans.

There will be official, printed feep onesies in the very near future - the folks who print my shirts now have the setup for doing 'em. I just hope to have some designs ready before all the 2010 babies get too big.

Beebat ACEO

I'm guessing the beebat is omnivorous, perhaps starting off with a pollen salad before hitting the main course of flying insects.

Feep o' the Morning

As you may have noticed, I changed the name of the blog a few days ago. This is a new feep I drew to be the blog mascot. I'm still trying to get the design of image plus text squared away, so bear with me on that. But here it is, the Morning Feep. I'll leave it as an exercise for the viewer to determine whether or not I am a morning person.

Weepy Demon ACEO

This is one of those random drawings I come up with when I'm sitting in a coffee shop, doodling without any specific intent. I sort of get the feeling the tears are not evidence of sadness, but rather a form of attack whereby the demon shoots water from its eyeballs.

Blastoff Bat

It is definitely time to be crankin' out the bat-themed art. Bat wings are one of my favoritest things to draw.

Tentacle Dragon ACEO

Perhaps it is time to consider putting the treasure back where you found it, lest our friend here finds it necessary to become persuasive.

Tentacle Fire Demon ACEO

I'm currently working on a batch of new ACEOs. This is one of 'em.

Crepuscular Monster Impatiently Waits for Sunset

Or, as I've been calling it, "Rage, Rage Against the Shining of the Light." Another new one I just finished this week.

This one has some details that are probably obscured by the thumbnail version, so click on the image to see it bigger.

Purple Makara

A Makara, for those of you who don't know, is an Indian river monster whose form amuses me and lends itself to feepiness.

What you see here is a drawing I finished recently, featuring another of my makara incarnations.

Baby Monster: "Girl"

I found a pair of frames in the discount bin: one says "Sweet Baby Boy" on it, the other says "Sweet Baby Girl." I, of course, could not resist this prompt. Here's "Sweet Baby Girl."

Baby Monster: "Boy"
