Feeping Creatures Sea Serpent necklace

You will never be lost at sea with this handy talisman, I tell you what. (Unless being eaten by a sea monster counts as "lost"? I dunno. Seems like you'd know where you were - in the belly of a monster!)

Feeping Creatures Plesiosaur Dinosaur Figurine

This here is Plessy the Plesiosaur of Loch Pless. It may please you to learn that Plessy is not any kind of a hoax, but a true flesh 'n' blood (or polymer clay, at any rate) entity.

Feeping Creatures Sea Serpent Necklace

This feep likes to hang around your ocean-neck. Ha ha. Get it? Ocean-neck? Oceanic? No? Okay, fine. Whatever.

Snoot Sea Serpent

Clearly wondering where that sea got to.

Snoot Sea Serpent

Emerging, like one does, from a darkened crevice.

Duck-Billed Eel

A very cuddly little critter, apart from the poisonous heel spikes and the electricity field.

Duck-billed Eel

Much like a platypus, it's hard to know how to classify this particular feep. Sea monster? Bird? Probably a bit of both.

Eyestalk Sea Serpent

I cropped out my face since I took this photo in the morning, before I'd gotten around to transforming myself into a human.

Sea Serpent silkscreen print

Back in 2002 I did a series of silkscreen prints of this sea serpent - the silkscreen consisted of the black outline, and I would then hand-color each sea serpent individually. I screened onto several different kinds of paper (this one is on bristol board). Then I packed them up so I could move, and they went into the Mover's Black Hole: you know you have something somewhere, you're just not sure where. Well, I finally found them again not too long ago, and this blue & gold serpent is one of them.

Blue Sea Serpent

So, um, wasn't there supposed to be a bunch of water around here somewhere? Just, you know, curious. Is all.

Purple Glow Sea Serpent

It looks a bit like the sea serpent was swimming along happily enough, and then suddenly all the water got drained out of the sea.

A tree on the University of Washington campus plays host to a number of traveling feeps.

Von Snoot Sea Serpent

I did indeed do a Feep eBay Store update yesterday, in which this curious hybrid feep was included.

Later today I'll be heading to The Stash to drop off some more necklaces, and also to hang some pieces in the Nocturnal Frenzy art show that's opening tomorrow. The reception is Thursday, August 2, from 8:00 - 10:00 pm at The Stash. Stop by if you get a chance!
