Road Feeps - Coil Horn Cyclops and art deco grate in Manhattan

This grate protects a public utility building in a section of Manhattan that was clearly built up in the 1920s. All the buildings around there have this kind of style. Makes one feel a bit as though one is walking through a certain Fritz Lang film.
