Purple Dino Snoot

While bearing a striking facial resemblance to the Von Snoot, the Dino Snoot actually has an altogether different lineage, and merely exhibits signs of convergent evolution.

Flop-Horned Blob

You must be careful to patch all gaps in your fence lest the blobs slip out through the cracks and start digging in the neighbor's computer files.

Taunting Devil?

This blurry photo is the only evidence for the existence of the Taunting Devil of the Gazebo.

Friday, December 28, 2007

Purple & Green Sprite

Beware of feeps claiming they live there, they just forgot the door code, and could you please let them in just this once.

Thursday, December 27, 2007

Purple & Blue Curly Blob

I should turn this image into a downloadable card, shouldn't I? Anyway, thank you to everyone who bought or promoted the feeps this year!

Eyeball Squid and Spider

Which do you prefer, lots of tentacles or lots of legs?

Tuesday, December 25, 2007

Merry Feepmas!

Who wants to be Santa? Hmmmm?

Monday, December 24, 2007

Sunday, December 23, 2007

Red & Blue Long-Eared Feep

This feep returns to its roots, ha ha! Which are, not surprisingly, quite twisted.

Saturday, December 22, 2007

Eyeball Tail

It's always good to keep an eye out behind you in case the birds whose nest you're snooping about come back unexpectedly.

Friday, December 21, 2007

Aquarius Von Snoot

Aquarius looks out over the pool at the Von Snoot estate. Not a particularly large pool by human standards, but when you're a feep it's like having your own lake.

Thursday, December 20, 2007

Striped-Horn Blob

The striped-horn blob has been known to keep up a running commentary as people perform their ablutions.

Wednesday, December 19, 2007

Shelled Tentacles

Now you know the truth: feep eyeballs grow on bushes. (They, uh, turn white later. Somehow.)

Tuesday, December 18, 2007

Sledding Ski Hat Orneryment

Truly an ornery orneryment at that. Perhaps this feep doesn't like being cold?

Monday, December 17, 2007

Horned Green Blob

I suspect the blob feeps evolved horns in order to keep themselves from being mistaken for candy and eaten.

Sunday, December 16, 2007

Purple & Green Glow Tentacle Twist

You should exercise caution when approaching a Tentacle Twist. Though they are small, they are quite fast and have been known to recite their own poetry at people.

Saturday, December 15, 2007

Green & Blue Snat

The folks at the Kismet Gallery in Troy, NY (I am in their current Designer Toy exhibit) wrote me asking to send them more stuff, so yesterday I sent them a box containing the feep dolls plus several new figurines and art pieces. So if you already went to the Kismet show you might want to go again soon as I'll have a bunch more stuff up in the next few days.

One of the new figurines I sent them is the Snat you see here.

Red & Black Glow Sprite

Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the fairest feep of all?

Wednesday, December 12, 2007

Zombie Feep

Today you get the Zombie Feep, for I have run out of coffee. Beeeeaaannnsss!

Tuesday, December 11, 2007

Curled Von Snoot Orneryment

Don't have an Xmas tree? You can still decorate your surroundings with orneryments: observe how this Von Snoot makes a fine earring for Bastet (who brings cat treats to all the good little kittens, and by "good" I of course mean "bad").

Purple Spiky Vulture

You use how many cubic feet?!

Saturday, December 8, 2007

Purple Skullface Ghost Keychain

This must be the ghost of that fire hydrant's gasket.

Friday, December 7, 2007

Sledding Dragon Orneryment

At some point I got a bunch of these little dollhouse-sized metal sleds for cheap, and have been using them to make Orneryments. Someone (possibly the person who bought this feep) said the red eyes made it look sinister. The truth is, I just made the eyes red to match the sled and didn't even think of the eeeevil implications.

Blue Conical Mollusc

This feep is determined to become the first ever sea creature who is a champion tree-climber.

Wednesday, December 5, 2007

Bull-Horned Blob

The feeps have come to pass judgment on your housekeeping skills.

Tuesday, December 4, 2007

Blue Twisty Horns

Go on, explain to the nice meter reader how it totally wasn't your fault, because see, there was this little blue monster, see ...

Monday, December 3, 2007

Black glow sprite

See, one of the side effects of doing the Daily Monster is going back and making feeps I haven't made for awhile, as per this sprite.

Wheatsville went extremely well, which means at the moment I'm very low on feeps. I've got a handful of new ones to list and will be making plenty more this week, so if you were hoping to grab some from the eBay Store fear not; the selection will be expanded very soon!

Eyeball Squid Necklace

Today's lack of witty commentary brought to you by Not Enough Sleep.

Green Glow Slug

NOM NOM NOM.

Off to the Wheatsville Arts Festival! IF you're in Austin, feel free to drop by: it's today and tomorrow (Dec. 1-2) from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Free admittance! Wheatsville is at 3101 Guadalupe.

Punk Vulture

Oi! This vulture only feeds on the rotting corpses of the mainstream establishment!

Thursday, November 29, 2007

Feep on the lam!

On reflection, it was a bit silly to try to keep a feep contained behind a chain-link fence.

Wednesday, November 28, 2007

Green Glow Corkscrew

The Wheatsville Arts Festival is this weekend (Dec. 1-2, 2007) at the Wheatsville Coop here in Austin. I will be there with a booth full of monsters, so stop by if you can. Admission is Free! Wheastsville is located at 3101 Guadalupe St.

Tuesday, November 27, 2007

Orange Glow Tabby

Very reminiscent of a cat I sometimes cat-sit. Except for the glowing part. The cat-sat cat does not glow.

Monday, November 26, 2007

Skinny Slug

There is no "I" in "Feep," but there is a Feep in I.

Sunday, November 25, 2007

Striped Slug

This feep will occasionally try to buy things using false coins.

Saturday, November 24, 2007

Horned Blue Devil Orneryment

"D" is for Devil! That's good enough for me.

Friday, November 23, 2007

Cat Demon

A little late due to travel, but better late than never. So saith my cat, who is even now sitting on the keyboard in an attempt to keep me from leaving again.

Thursday, November 22, 2007

Bird Pumpkin

NB: Do not attempt to make bird pumpkin pie out of the Bird Pumpkin. Results will be unsatisfactory.

Wednesday, November 21, 2007

Spiked Blue Dragon

The Wheatsville Arts Festival is coming up and I'm out of dragons! Time to make some more.

Tuesday, November 20, 2007

The Critic

The Critic does not care for your landscaping scheme.

Monday, November 19, 2007

Bat Feep Orneryment

I'm back from Wizard World, which went extremely well. Many feeps went off to new homes, which means I have a lot of restocking to do. The Thanksgiving holiday is going to throw a bit of a kink in the production line, but there will be a host of new monsters in the next couple of weeks!

Friday, November 16, 2007

Service Advisory

I'm going to be at Wizard World all weekend and am on a borrowed computer, so the Daily Monster is going to be on hold until the madness is over. I'll be back Monday morning with more monstery goodness!

Thursday, November 15, 2007

Gourdon

Gourdon! The monster who is shaped like a gourd! Gourdon!

Wednesday, November 14, 2007

Fire Sprite

The fall colors seemed appropriate (even though, in Texas, fall colors consist mostly of green and dull brown).

Tuesday, November 13, 2007

Weevilsaur

Prehistoric weevils were, of course, much larger than their counterparts of today, sometimes as big as 2 or 3 inches across. Which means cotton bolls were also significantly larger than the modern incarnation. Just as well for the makeup-wearing dinosaur, who would never have been able to get anywhere with the tiny little puffs we have now.

Monday, November 12, 2007

Cat Naga ACEO

Haven't done any new ACEOs lately; there just hasn't been enough time to devote to it. I do have a few lying around that I'll be selling at Wizard World Texas this weekend (Nov. 16-18). I may well draw a few new ones during the quiet periods, and you are, of course, always welcome to stop by and ask for a sketch.

Sunday, November 11, 2007

Green Dragon

The dragon takes advantage of its camouflage coloring to hide from predators and knights.

Saturday, November 10, 2007

Mini Leviathan Wine Charm

I realize "mini leviathan" is something of a contradiction in terms, and that all feeps are mini in their own way, but it's all about the context. Relative to other leviathan feeps, this one is quite small.

Friday, November 9, 2007

Medusa

You can only look at this feep in the mirror, else it shall turn you into polymer clay with its gaze.
